The transition to a biobased economy is key for tackling many of today’s challenges. The conference will focus on policies and activities needed for achieving a sustainable and biobased society with resource efficient value chains.

Nicoló Giacomuzzi-Moore, CBE JU Executive Director ad interim, will deliver a presentation in the Thematic Session 2 ‘Resource-efficient value chains’ and Head of Programme Unit, Virginia Puzzolo, will attend the event.

The conference is held in the framework of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
