We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our Phenolexa project! Thanks to our dedicated team and innovative technologies, we have been able to develop an effective method of extracting and utilising polyphenols from food waste. This exciting development not only helps to reduce food waste, but also enables the extraction of valuable ingredients for the food and cosmetics industries.

Final consortium meeting in Valladolid, Spain

The final consortium meeting, held at Cartif in Valladolid, Spain, was a highlight of our project completion. At this meeting we had the opportunity to present our results, share best practices and discuss future collaborations. It was inspiring to see how committed and passionate everyone is about advancing sustainable technologies.
